My Band

Back in 2005, I have friends that i can call my “drinking buddies” (named Ron, Dennis, Jp, Art,Joey and Edmon) . We usually Hang out in any places just to satisfy our crave for the delicious taste of Beer. Each of us came from different bands. I came from a band called Stamina,covering songs from Queso,Greyhoundz and other local and foreign bands. I am actually the youngest band member back then, only 16 if i’m not mistaken. We play gigs around Cavite and joined battle of the bands, but sadly the band broke because other members have to focus an their family because they have children to feed. Back to my drinking buddies, Dennis, Ron, Jp and Joey are in a band called burnout. But joey(the drummer) have to go to Cebu to continue his study their so they put Art on the drum set to play for them. I joined the band because Dennis(lead guitar) needed a rhythm to add blend on the guitar sound. We started jamming every week and begin to learn a lot of songs. As of now we called our selves “understatement” (came from the song of NFG). We cover songs from Coheed and Cambria, Bamboo, SOAD, Incubus, SOTY, and many more. We are now resting from jamming and joining gigs because we decided to focus on our studies and work first. But every week we see to it that we have a drinking session in Ron’s house in Silang Cavite.

thanks to mojo my GM/friend from Sustainer Of The Realm for the signature that im using now in Probaldur boards. I requested a professor/scholar sleeping under a tree. What this symbolize for me? I actually like sleeping in the whole day, staring around, day dream and eat. This past weeks, i consume my time inside the house thinking of nothing. I like to really enjoy this sembreak because this coming sem will be ten times harder than the previous.
